The NENC Integrated Care Board’s Research Engagement Network (REN) team invite you to this shared learning event, delivered with the Northern Youth Research Partnership – an NIHR‑funded collaboration including NIHR ARC NENC, Investing in Children, Youth Focus NE, NE Youth, YPAGne and Cumbria Youth Alliance, supporting young‑person‑led health and social care research.

Since 2022, the REN team has been working to strengthen diversity and inclusion in children and young people’s mental health research across the region. The Northern Youth Research Partnership complements this by enabling young people to lead and influence research that affects their lives.

This joint event will share recent activity from both teams, include a presentation and Q&A co‑led by young people, and offer space to explore how youth‑led approaches can shape future research and practice.
