Title: Dr Victoria Hewitt

Details: Dr Victoria Hewitt is a speciality doctor in palliative medicine, Curriculum Director for the MSc Palliative Care at Newcastle University and Board Member of the International Association for Hospice and Palliative Care.  In this presentation, she will describe the research-led approach to developing palliative care services, illustrated by her experiences of leading an implementation project in North Macedonia and her involvement in international advocacy.
