Are you an academic or practitioner researcher interested in leading or taking an active role in developing research on Virtual Wards/Hospital at Home?
We invite you to join us in our Research Sandpit on Wednesday 9th October 2024 in the Heroes Suite, St James’ Park, Newcastle upon Tyne 10am-4pm.
Our event aims to facilitate collaborations to address gaps in care for virtual wards/hospitals at home.
This will be an ideal opportunity to make links for multi-site research grant applications.
This event is supported by the Advanced Care Research Centre based at the University of Edinburgh, the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) North East and North Cumbria, and Newcastle University.
More about the Advanced Care Research Centre
The Advanced Care Research Centre (ACRC) is a multi-disciplinary research programme within the University of Edinburgh seeking to deliver innovation and change to the care of people in later life. Funded with a £20 million investment from Legal and General, the ACRC comprises research and development, combined with the ACRC Academy, which is a cohort-based PhD programme aiming to develop leaders of the future.
