This report is an independent evaluation of the Newcastle Parent Infant Partnership (NEWPIP) approach, as delivered by Children North East.

It was carried out by a team of researchers from Newcastle University, and supported by the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) North East and North Cumbria. The work is linked to our Supporting Children and Families Theme.
