The REPAIR Learning Hub aims to support health care students and the newly-qualified healthcare workforce across the North East and Yorkshire. It has been developed by Health Education England.

REPAIR – stands for: reducing pre-registration attrition and improving retential

The Hub includes modules that cover:

  • Early Career Framework and Preceptorship
  • Companion/ Guardian role
  • Impact of Covid Study
  • Self-care guide for learners
  • Student belongingness
  • Year 2 student support
