The Virtual College Training Hub

This new online course which has been created by the Public Participation Team at NHS England is open to everyone and designed so participants can complete it at their own pace, working for a few hours at a time over a couple of weeks.

The course looks at how to work effectively with diverse groups, unpacking how different communities can have very different experiences of health care.

Participants will also learn how to consider different perspectives in the design and delivery of services, to create better health outcomes.
