Dr Hebatallah Ali is a health services researcher and health economist with over ten years’ experience leading applied research across health and social care systems.
Her work evaluates interventions that address health inequalities, improve care delivery, and inform policy and practice using real-world data, with a particular interest in the structural determinants of health and inequities in access to care.
She has a strong track record of designing and delivering mixed-methods research with NHS, local government, and community partners, and of translating complex findings into actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners.
