Professor Samantha Harrison

Professor Samantha Harrison is a Professor in Respiratory Rehabilitation at Teesside University, and also holds an NIHR Advanced Fellowship award.

She is a chartered physiotherapist with an international research profile in respiratory rehabilitation.

She currently holds an NIHR Advanced Fellowship award: The B-Pure project is a £1.1 million NIHR-funded programme of work to explore why people with COPD are more likely to fall – and if personalised balance training could help to reduce this.
