Dr Andrew Sturrock

Dr Andrew Sturrock

Dr Andrew Sturrock is the Training Lead for our Prevention, Early Intervention and Behaviour Change theme.

He is an academic pharmacist from the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Sunderland and a National Teaching Fellow. He is also currently working on a project funded by the NIHR ARC NENC 2020 Open Funding Call.

In his role as Training Lead for this theme, he  will be working to incorporate training and development activities into Theme meetings.

As such, he would be interested in hearing from anyone who has ideas for short talks – for example this could include members giving a brief talk on a novel research method, sharing best practice, discussing what worked/didn’t work etc and also continuing to provide researchers opportunities to present their work and ideas.

He will also be working with the Training and Development Leads from other Themes to coordinate activities across the ARC which may facilitate more specific training events.

You can get in touch with Andrew via email at [email protected]
