This theme brings together a broad mix of researchers with strong methodological backgrounds.

Our work aims to develop, apply, and support the use of qualitative and quantitative methodologies – in order to provide robust evidence that will help inform decisions on the adoption and integration of innovations and digital health technologies in health and social care across the region.

From new models of care to digital health innovations, we aim to accelerate robust research through the streamlined and socially responsible use of linked data – alongside efficient use of existing evidence and rapid methodologies – to answer questions about the demand for health and social care, and the effectiveness, efficiency and equity of interventions.
